During your one on one private Pilates training I will focus on your body's abilities and needs. Stretching while strengthening, building core muscles, and firming up the entire body. You'll  create a mind body connection that will stay with you long  after our sessions.

My massages are therapeutic deep tissue sessions. The pressure is based on what your body can tolerate and no more. We will communicate throughout the massage to make sure you are getting the best massage for you.

The Combo is the best of both worlds. This is a 80 minute session, the Pilates/Massage time is split however you like based on what you need that day. We start with a full body workout followed by a full body massage.
